        With reference to the below scan(s), please be informed that only vectored scans are allowed to be submitted in PNG format due to the format's transparency support.

        As such, it would be appreciated if you could convert the above non-vectored scans into JPEG format as soon as possible.

        Please be informed that this is the final reminder, afterwhich failing to rectify the above will result in the scans' removal from the gallery due to non-conformance to the site's submission guidelines. Deadline is 1 week from the time of this notice.
